How do I determine my wrist size?
Please refer to our Size Guide .
I don't know my wrist size, what should I do?
Several solutions:
- Find a bracelet belonging to the person and refer to the Size Guide .
- Give a Gift Voucher for the amount you wish.
- Contact us, we will gladly help you.
I saw a model on social media but I can't find it on the website.
There are thousands of possible combinations and therefore we cannot display them all.
This allows you to:
- Buy the individual components of the bracelet shown in the photo.
- Complete the personalization form
- Contact us to reproduce the desired combination.
Can I buy new beads, watches and bracelets to complete my collection?
Yes, all our pieces are compatible with each other. You can expand your collection over time.
Is there a form for customization?
Yes, it is now possible to fill out a personalization form to choose your bracelet, your beads, your watch and your engraving.
Can I request a personalized engraving?
Yes, all engravings are done by hand in our workshop. You can add a first name, a date, initials, or a simple symbol.
To do this, you need to use the website's personalization form .
What are the delivery times?
Upon receipt of your payment, confirmation of size and any customizations, we will ship your order within 5 to 15 business days.
What is the manufacturing lead time?
As each piece of jewelry is handmade, please allow 2 to 5 working days depending on the personalization.
Is delivery free?
Free delivery is offered for orders over CHF 100 within Switzerland. For international orders, the delivery fee is CHF 25.
Do you deliver worldwide?
Yes, we deliver to Switzerland and internationally.
How can I track my order?
An email with a tracking link is sent as soon as the shipment is dispatched.
What should I do if I have a problem with my jewelry?
Contact us directly.
We will guide you through the repair, replacement of an element or size adjustment.
Can I return an item?
Yes, within 7 days of receipt, if the item is undamaged and in its original packaging.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Do you offer a repair service?
Yes, a maintenance and repair service is available in our workshop after diagnosis.
How do I care for my Lixy jewelry?
1. Store your jewelry in the provided case or in a jewelry box.
2. Avoid all contact with creams, soaps, perfumes, water (fresh, salt, chlorinated), hand sanitizer, solvents or household products.
3. Keep your jewelry away from heat, sunlight, and humidity.
Can I shower with a Lixy piece of jewelry on?
We strongly advise against it in order to preserve the shine and durability of the materials.
